Damaged or Missing Merchandise

In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged or is missing from your order, we offer either a full refund or a direct exchange for the item in question.

  • Timeline: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the customer delivery date.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to current inventory. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock.

  • Requirements: To qualify for a refund or exchange, we require your digital receipt and photo proof of the damage.

  • Important Note: In the case of damaged goods, please do not attempt to return your purchase.
